Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that embarking on a ceremonial journey raises many questions. Here you'll find answers to common inquiries about our sacred mushroom ceremonies.

If you don't see your question answered, please contact us for personalized guidance.

What happens during a Los Niños Santos ceremony?

Our ceremonies take place over two evenings in an intimate, comfortable setting. Each night begins around 9 PM with opening introductions and intention setting.

The ceremonial experience unfolds throughout the night with experienced facilitators present to provide support when needed. We maintain a reverent, quiet space that allows each person's inner healing journey to unfold naturally. The next morning, we share a nourishing breakfast and integration circle.

How many participants attend each ceremony?

We maintain small, intimate groups of no more than 10-12 participants. This ensures each person receives proper attention and support while creating a harmonious group energy.

What dosage will I receive?

Dosage is carefully personalized based on your previous experience, sensitivity, and intentions. For those new to this type of work, we begin with a conservative amount and can adjust as needed throughout the ceremony.

For experienced participants, we offer appropriate dosages to facilitate deeper work. We always proceed with care and respect for each individual's journey.

Where are ceremonies held?

Our ceremonies are held in a private, comfortable home setting in Tucson, Arizona. The exact location is provided to confirmed participants after the screening process is complete.

How do I prepare for a ceremony?

Prior to the ceremony, we provide detailed preparation guidelines covering dietary recommendations, practices for mental and emotional preparation, and suggestions for setting intentions.

The most important preparation is approaching the experience with respect, openness, and a clear intention.

Is this experience safe?

Safety is our highest priority. We implement a thorough screening process to ensure ceremonies are appropriate for each participant. Our experienced facilitators maintain a safe container throughout the experience.

We maintain appropriate facilitator-to-participant ratios and have proper support structures in place for any situation that may arise.

Are there health conditions that would prevent participation?

Yes. During our screening process, we review all health conditions and medications.

Certain psychiatric conditions, cardiovascular issues, and specific medications (particularly SSRIs and other psychiatric medications) may not be compatible with the ceremonial experience. Each situation is evaluated individually during our screening process.

What should I bring to the ceremony?

We recommend bringing a comfortable mat or mattress, blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal, and any personal sacred items you wish to have with you. Loose, comfortable clothing is advised. A complete packing list is provided after registration.

How much does it cost to attend a ceremony?

The investment for a single ceremony night is $275. For the full two-night ceremonial experience, the investment is $500. This is subject to change depending on certain variables.

This investment includes the ceremony, overnight accommodation, morning breakfast, and integration support.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy details will be provided during the registration process.

We strive to be flexible while respecting the limited space available in each ceremony.

How do I sign up for a ceremony?

The first step is completing our health screening form (link below). After review, we'll confirm your participation and provide detailed information about payment, preparation, and logistics.

What integration support do you offer?

Following the ceremony weekend, we facilitate a virtual integration circle the following Sunday. This is led by a certified integration coach who helps participants process their experiences and incorporate insights into daily life. We also maintain a community signal chat for ongoing support and connection.

How can I best integrate my ceremonial experience?

Integration happens through conscious attention to the insights received during your journey. We recommend journaling, spending time in nature, creating art, participating in our integration circle, and making gradual changes aligned with your insights. Integration is a personal process, and we provide guidance tailored to your unique experience.

Do you provide information about microdosing?

Yes, we offer educational resources about microdosing as a practice for ongoing wellness (hover over the FAQ tab in the header above and visit the microdosing page locaged in the dropdown menu).

Many find that microdosing supports continued healing and growth between ceremonial experiences. We can also provide guidance on protocols and best practices during integration sessions.

What is the difference between ceremonial work and microdosing?

Ceremonial work offers a deep, immersive experience for profound healing and insights, while microdosing involves taking sub-perceptual amounts regularly as part of a wellness practice. Many find these approaches complementary, with ceremonies providing breakthroughs and microdosing supporting gradual integration and ongoing growth.
